Digital products

Please review the product description and included items carefully before purchase. Once a digital product has been successfully delivered and downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a duplicate payment occurred, the purchased file was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue, or a refund is required by applicable law.

Failed or missing delivery

If payment succeeds but you do not receive access to the purchased files, email karan@run2promotion.com with your order number and purchase email. We will check the transaction and attempt to deliver or restore access. If delivery cannot be resolved, we will review the case for an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Duplicate payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the relevant order and transaction references. After verification, duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.

Consulting and marketing services

For consulting or marketing services, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the written scope, work already performed, third-party costs already incurred and applicable law. Any service-specific cancellation terms will be provided in the proposal or agreement before payment. We will not promise a refund where work has already been performed except where required by law or agreed in writing.

How to request help

Email: karan@run2promotion.com | Phone: +91 9899585566

Please include your name, order number, purchase date, payment reference (do not send full card details), and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within [insert a realistic support timeframe] business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; the time taken for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
